Stepping into an adventure: Woodland Africa goes blogging

Welcome. We're thrilled you are joining us on our exciting blogging journey.

Woodland Africa began its adventure over five years ago with a mission to provide high-quality outdoor and adventure footwear for every need. We're proud to have our products available online and through 137 stores in Southern Africa, and our footprint is growing.

As with the Woodland Africa journey, this next phase was conceptualised in a local park where friends gather after work to walk off the day's stresses. Drawing our inspiration from our deep love for the great outdoors, we are excited to invite you, our adventure-seeking customer, to continue this incredible journey with us through our blog.

Being well-informed is the greatest power you can have. Having fun is in the spirit of any adventure. Helping you achieve these is our passion. Together, we will explore the importance of our feet – our foundation for balance, stability and movement, along with the footwear that supports your unique adventure. We will share our fun experiences and can't wait to hear about yours, too.

You can look forward to a weekly blog. Some will be episodes in a series, and some will stand alone. We hope each blog will inspire you to get the most out of your feet and Woodland shoes so your adventures are the most fun you can have. We'll also share your outreach projects and the meaning behind our shoe names.

Whether you are an adrenaline junky, an off-the-beaten-path explorer, someone who enjoys walking in nature, or you are on your feet all day, we have a blog planned for you.
