Can I ship my order to someone else?

Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. Before checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a new shipping address.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays). Usually it takes 4-5 business days to deliver your order but the time may vary according to courier schedules.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) on your registered email address.

Can I cancel the order placed online?

You may cancel your order by contacting our head office (+27 11 452 0340) if the order has not been shipped. Occasionally we may have to cancel an order or product due to processing reasons. If so, you will be notified via email. You will not be charged for cancelled products.

 

How can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your final purchase. If the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product. All returned products must be unused and in the same condition as received with its original packaging along with original tags.

You may also exchange your product for a different one with the same value. We will accept your return within 14 days of date of delivery.

To initiate your FREE return please email our head office (sales@woodlandafrica.com). Please include your Order Number, the Style Name/ Style Code of the item(s), and Quantity being returned in your communication to our Team. Refunds will be issued via EFT within 48 hours of return request.

1. What are the delivery charges?

We offer free shipping nation-wide on all orders over the value of R500.00.

 

2. Can I ship to international addresses?

Currently we are shipping within South Africa. But, on special request we deliver to the
desired address outside South Africa however, the applicable shipping charges based
on the volumetric weight of the packet as per the courier partner & the applicable taxes will apply.

 

3. How is tax calculated?

Tax is calculated at the applicable VAT rate of 15% and all quoted prices on the online store are inclusive of Vat.
